+ support comes from sharing office space and event rental by like-minded organizations who value creativity, collaboration and community

Located at 27th and Broadway in an area that was once concentrated with creativity as Tin Pan Alley, this neighborhood is now rapidly transitioning from T-shirt warehouses and perfume wholesalers to luxury hotels.

We know the power of art to imagine new possibilities for neighborhoods in transition.  Our vision is to add value to this neighborhood through inspiring art projects and by building great community.
